After World War I, Brepols S.A. in Turnhout issued two packs called

to commemorate the victory. This is the second of these packs, as you can read on the box flapper, top left:

The court cards are assigned to four of the victory nations: Serbia, Japan, Belgium, and Romania, but they are mixed in the suits. You can easily see that when regarding the nations' colours coming with each card. (The first pack is for Great Britain, Italy, France, and the U.S.A.) The Aces show scenes from the war (or shortly after).
