This may be translated as "Commanders' Cards". The maker's sign is on the Jack of Clubs, the name on the back.
The Feldherrenkarte shows military situations on the Aces, the Kings and Jacks are reigning persons and military commanders, and the Queens are allegories for Germany, Austria, Bavaria, and Turkey.
The back shows the German coat-of-arms with the German and Austrian war flag.
