This pack was produced by an unknown German maker, possibly from Kassel, around 1870.

The pattern was used by a lot of makers, with slight modifications. This is a cheap woodcut version, and you can compare it to a better version I have shown earlier here.

This pack has a tax stamp from Kurhessen (Hessen-Kassel) on the Ace of Spades.
