This pack was produced by Wezel & Naumann in Leipzig around 1925. The back is an advertisement for Reemtsma cigarettes.

I assume that the cards were specially designed for Reemtsma as I have always seen them with this back, and when there was a box it also showed Reemtsma advertising.

Update: This was a false assumption: Rudolf Hasenpflug has sent scans of a pack with these court cards (with white background) and with a back with an ornamental design showing the Wezel & Naumann logo. In this pack, the company logo is also on the Nine of Spades, but it is not on my 'Reemtsma' pack.
