This is a printing sheet by an unknown maker from Spain; the pack is called 'Juego de naipes comicos':

The complete sheet looks like this:

These seem to be cards made for children. They are small, about 5,6 x 4 cm. Below I am showing the cards in different arrangement, sorted by suits. The suit signs are balls, red wine glasses (which doesn't really fit into a children's pack), swords and ninepins. As there was space left on the lower right of the sheet, there is an extra card that I am showing in the final row.
