This pack was printed before 1925 by N. W. Damm & Søn in Kristiana/Norway (which is called Oslo since 1925). The pack is called
The maker's name can be found on the Ace of Spades, together with a Norwegian tax stamp.

The cards were most probably designed by Harald Chr. Damm around 1898. Note the Joker: it looks identical to one of the standard Jokers used by Goodall, and later de la Rue. Perhaps the design was 'borrowed', but it might also be that the cards were printed in London.
