It is a Killekort pack for a game that is played in Sweden. The pack resembles the Italian Cuccù cards an the German Hexenspiel.

A Killekort pack consists of two sets of 21 cards each, and both sets are identical:
Arlekin, Cucu, Husar, Husu, Cavall, Wärdshus, pip cards 1 - 12, Kransen, Blompotten, Blaren.
I am showing here only one set and not all of the pip cards.
