This is a patience pack produced 1924 to 1937 by Granbergs A.B. in Stockholm. The maker's logo is on the Ace of Hearts.

The design is by Einar Nerman (1888 - 1983). He also designed a regular size pack for the company, but it has completeley different court cards. Nerman's name is on the back of the cards.
