These are not playing-cards, but a set of matchbox labels with playing-card designs. They were used on matchboxes from the Svenska Tändsticks AB. The initials 'S.T.A.B.' are on all labels.
I bought them as 'from around 1900' but I think that they are later, as the company was formed with this name only in 1917.

The designs for the black (Clubs, Spades) and the red suits (Hearts, Diamonds) are each the same.
