This pack that was produced by Brown & Bigelow in St. Paul, Minnesota, in 1932. The name of the pack is on the Ace of Spades:

The court cards all show people with glasses for different sorts of alcoholic drinks, and some of them seem to have already drunk quite a lot. The pack was issued to help in the fight to repeal the Prohibition Amendment to the U.S. constitution. The Joker is missing from this pack but the design is similar to that of the back.
