Playing-Card Tax Stamps from Albania

I do not really know about playing-card taxes in Albania, but I have a pack with an imprint of the Albanian state monopoly.

This imprint was in use in Albania in 1944.
The text is 'MONOPOLI I SHTETIT SHQIPTAR'.
The pack had been imported from Italy, and it also has an Italian tax and date stamp on it.

The imprint was on the Ace of Hearts.
