Playing-card Tax Stamps in Lithuania

This stamp was used in Lithuania around 1925.
The text that can be seen is 'Lietuvos Valstybé' (Lithuanian State). I know from other stamps I have seen that there was more text around the border.
The stamp was on the Ace of Diamonds.
