Playing-card Tax Stamps in Puerto Rico

I have seen a pack made in Spain for Puerto Rico with a stamp on the wrapper.
It was a regular 25¢ internal revenue stamp from Puerto Rico with a company name (most probably Gonzalez Padin Co.) and a date from 194x (last digit not readable) stamped on it.
