Playing-Card Tax Stamps from South Korea

I have been sent a scan of a stamp from a modern pack of playing-cards imported into Korea.

This stamp was in use in South Korea until recently.
The text says that it is a stamp for certificate no. 1 for alcohol and Hanafuda. There is a similar stamp for certificate no. 2 for coffee and cocoa.
